Hi new to the forum. Looking to buy a juke after our last car got written off a month ago. Was looking at the 1.2 dig-t but have been put off by all the horror stories from other owners about reliability and dreadful fuel mpg. Our old car was a 2015 Honda jazz so we want something that will do at least 40 mpg around town. Seriously looking at the diesel models, any help appreciated.
I love my diesel.
When I bought it I was doing over 12000 miles, so economically sensible.
I no longer do anything like that, but would 100% have another, despite that.
Quieter than any other diesel I have owned, but noisier than your Jazz.
Smooth power delivery and good pick up.
I would recommend a test drive.
wrt fuel consumption
Around town I get in the 45 to 48 mpg range.
Long motorway trips it's 55 to 58.
I have recorded over 63mpg twice.
This is calculated by brimming the tank, emptying and re-brimming to get an accurate number of litres used.
