Had a 2011 Juke some 3 years ago, but space in car left a lot to be desired, so changed it for a 16 plate 1.2 Qashqui which I have run with no problems.
I decided to buy a brand new Juke Tekna, and what a difference from the older model, still going through the manual and learning all the time!
It is fitted with the Bose sound system and when trying to set it up I noticed there was no "fade" option for the rear speakers, on further investigation I discovered that the rear speakers in the door are not working.

I have contacted my dealer over a week ago , with no reply forthcoming I wondered if it is a factory fault, anyone else having this problem?

Well back to dealer today, spec on Nissan site says, for Tekna, 8 Bose speakers, 4 speakers and 2 headrest spekers, for passenger and driver seats.

Salesman scratching head after checking tekna in showroom, rear speakers not working on it either.

Driven round to see service manager and after removing rear door panel, it is confirmed there are no speakers fitted!

Salesman in agreement that it's kind of daft fitting panels with speaker grills, but sound to the rear comes off the headrest speakers!

No fade option as there are no rear speakers, certain amount of fade in the Bose settings, and defo no balance which seems a bit strange. Never in the back seat (too old) these days so don't really know if the lack of speakers matter. Usually the back is used by my grandkids, who wouldn't be interested in my Spotify collection! Did old Juke with Bose have the same layout?
