Re: How To Replace Your Air Conditioning Condenser

Hi Paul, many many thanks for that. I thought I would have to remove the whole bumper, although in hindsight do you think I should remove it. I have a very similar situation to you air con blows warm air and there's a large stain on the condenser i don't there are any other problems with the system...

Re: How To Replace Your Air Conditioning Condenser

Unfortunately, the formatting of the text has been messed up and all the pictures have disappeared for some reason. I guess there has been a software upgrade on the forum and it was all lost. The images are still in the place they were linked to. Here are all the images from the original instruction...

Free Tyre for Someone

All, I've a Bridgestone 215/55/R17 (standard factory fit) tyre sitting in my garage. I kept it as a spare when we had a couple of tyres fitted "just in case..." It's got 3mm of tread so it's not a great deal but it will be legal for a while. The wear is even and it's not been scarred or repaired. It...

Re: How To Change Low Beam Bulbs On A Facelift Juke

One of the bulbs failed this week [;(]

I didn't think it had lasted very well but when I saw that I changed them in January and lasted less than a year I have to say I'm disappointed. I wonder if they have a 1yr guarantee...

Re: Winter Wheels - but new Juke has TPMS

I've only just caught with this thread... I fitted our set of winter wheels with winter tyres today. They don't have TPMS fitted. In previous years this tripped the light on the dash and it would just stay on constantly. Today I fitted the wheels and when I went for a test drive it didn't come on at...

Re: Look away if you don't like yellow cars!

A very quick update... I gave the Juke a really good clean today (not a full detail unfortunately - no clay bar, etc.) but I did go over the whole car and gave it some decent wax before the winter sets in. I also put the winter wheels (with winter tyres) on and detailed the summer wheels and put the...

Re: Intelligent Key Warning Light

Just to say, I've noticed with the 370Z (which appears to have the same system) that the quality of the batteries really matters. When I first had the low battery light come on in the Zed I got bought a batch of 'generic' batteries from eBay. They were well within date, but some made no difference a...

Re: Brexit puts Nissan Juke production in UK under threat

I see what you're saying. It's an interesting and complicated subject. If there are tit for tat games being played with tariffs then would Nissan be over all better off making cars in mainland Europe? I'm sure Spain would fight hard to increase production. It looks like UK are Nissan's biggest EU ma...

Re: Brexit puts Nissan Juke production in UK under threat

The biggest problem, as I read it, is that Nissan need to decide where to build the new QQ and that decision is to be made next year.

I don't know they can choose to make them in Sunderland if they don't know what the result of the Brexit negotiations will be.

Remap?

But going back to my point, what is the actual difference between the 1.6 engine in the Visia compared to the Acenta of the same age? Is it something physical or is the Visia detuned to get some good economy and emissions figures for the adverts? Here's what the Juke Wiki page has to say on the 2 eng...
