I didn't think they could pull you as long as you kept to their font and letter size??

 

There's more to a legal plate than font size. I'd ask you local MOT tester. If they'll pass there shouldn't be an issue.

no not a problem at allmy previous plates also had a strategic screw in the 6 to make a G for 2 years without any issuechose to leave the screw off this time as figured if I altered them too much they make take exception

 

My plates had the JOG logo back printed so the logo is behind the plastic but if anyone is interested the club has stickers similar styled to put over the GB part in the club merchandise section of the forum

 

Google 'show plates'. You can design your own area like Deks has done. Many of them offer various sizes including international sizes, ie the US size you'd need for that holder.

One thing to note thought is being show plates, they're technically not legal, however, most of them are made reflective like normal plates, and you can have legal fonts etc, but a US plate is smaller so I don't think you will fit a full reg on with UK legal font.
