Hello guys,
Soon I'll be an owner of a Juke! But I've been active on the forum for a while now...Bit of an odd situation, a while ago (December 2014) my mum was looking into buying herself a Juke and she told me that once my 21st birthday came around she would give me the car!
Obviously I was and I am very lucky and thankful that my mum is giving me such an amazing, and expensive, gift! So to help her out I decided to join the forum and ask a few questions about the cars she was looking at and in the end she bought herself a 14 plate 1.5 DCI Juke, in yellow...Which this coming Saturday will become mine, a bit earlier than my 21st (June) but mum spotted another Juke that she fell in love with (she looked at other cars but kept coming back to the good old Juke!) which she is collecting on Saturday! So rather than the car waiting on the driveway until June she's handing ownership of the yellow Juke over to me early and I'll be driving her over to Peterbourough for her to collect the new one!
As I said I joined the forum to help my mum out with bits and bobs and I've asked a few questions on here for her, as it was in my best interest of course
I've also asked a few questions for me too I've learned a lot about the Juke and also about everyone else's Jukes who are on the forum! (Thanks everyone for being so kind and helpful)
For now I'll be keeping her standard - I've already bought a few bits here and there; black wing mirror covers, black headlight insterts and wind deflectors - And for some reason the Juke has a red exterior pack which in my opinion isn't a good combination at all, so I'll be removing as much of that as I can in due course!
I have got a few other plans and ideas, the main ones being to fit a black spoiler, to get/paint the alloys black and to replace some of the interior and exterior bulbs (definitely Gadget's plasmas)! But they will come with time as I'm currently buying a house (at the ripe old age of 20!) so money is tight and the car is already perfect (minus the red as already mentioned!)
