Key fob not being recognized changed battery still nothing can't use remote to unlock or lock car have to use key manually I can start it by putting the fob to the button and this goes for both of my fobs any ideas

Juke 2019 Bose I am trying to find out how to update the SatNav on my Juke, all the instruction say go to System > System Upgrade but I have not System Upgrade option. Can anybody point me in the direction of A) how to identify the Radoi\Nav system on my Juke and B) how to update it please.

I have a 2017 Juke. The fob battery lasts approx 4 weeks then needs changed. This happens with both keys. Takes forever to open then you need to hold the key upto the stop start button before engine will start up. Anyone have an idea what the issue is
