dave at acesdvds asked me a question and im not sure so can any tekna owner help : how do the auto mirrors work on the juke ??? , is it when you turn the ignition on that they open or via the key fob (when unlocking the car) or both thanks

When you start the engine only

They close on locking, open on starting the engine.

I never use my key fob but lock the car on the external door button, When i start the car or put the ignition into ACC the mirrors open and when i lock the door they fold in. That is assuming that the mirror switch on the dash is set to auto and not set to the close position. Tc

This might be late but the mirrors close when u lock the car. They open when the ignition is turned on. The engine does not need to be turned over fr them to open automatically. Just ignition.
