new Juke car battery but issues with key and radio

Good morning all.
I have had a new battery fitted this morning by the RAC.
I have entered the radio code as requested after it locked.
The key now does not work so I cannot lock the car.
Also the radio is not turning off as it would do normally when I switch off the ignition button (which is not as responsive either)

Help please :)

Thankyou

Hi Sarah, Welcome to the forum, You say these problems started after you had the battery changed by the RAC, can you not give the RAC a call and ask them to come and sort your problem out because I don't think the dealer will touch it unless they charge you extortionate fee's for it.
Failing this you will need to contact a auto electrician.

You should be able to lock the car manually, as a temporary measure. There is an actual key INSIDE the iKey fob.

But will the physical key lock all the doors?

Only one way to find out without actually doing it in the freezing cold and dark :)

OP seems to have a push button start, so no key slot.
