Thanks! Actually it's all about the seatbelt alarm...there is no passenger sitting on the front seat; however the alarm is being triggered. Car is a brand new one but still the sensor could be faulty, right?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, the seatbelt alarm shouldn't be triggered in the first place, when nobody is sitting on the passenger seat, unless the seat occupancy sensor is defective. The moment I fasten the seatbelt tongue into the buckle, the alarm is gone so seatbelt connection is working properly.
Hi decalingo, If like you say your car is brand new then write all the faults down in the first month and let your dealer sort them all out for you.
