I wonder if anyone else has the same issue as on my wife's car (a petrol Juke Tekna DIG T) ? Frequently when she starts up there is no display showing, that is no image, no sound, nothing. All the normal vehicle instruments are working correctly, it's just the radio, sat nav which will not come on as expected. Sometimes it does however so the main Nissan agents understandably are finding it difficult (impossible so far) to identify the problem with such an intermittent fault. The car is less than one year old so is still under guarantee. Sometimes it will suddenly spring into life when she is driving along but usually it will only start correctly if she stops, turns off the engine and sets off again.

Hi Chilgrove, Welcome to the forum, If you can try to video your instrument panel with your phone and show your dealer just what is happening this should help them with their diagnosis. Do not let them fob you off if they say it's a new problem that they haven't heard of, it is still under warranty so tell them to sort it or give you a new replacement car.Don't forget you can also contact Customer Services if you aren't happy with what they say.
