The continuing oddities of NISSAN, have a 2015 1.6 petrol 4wd auto, at the weekend while on a family trip the engine warning light came on - I have had it read and it suggested TCM Fluid pressure SEN/SW B - which we have interpreted as low auto fluid level.
So we went to check the level via the , 'usual dipstick', only to find there is a dipstick tube {filling tube} but no actual dipstick just a cap {top}.
Research has lead me to discover that NISSAN have a 'special tool' - but want to do full diagnostic {£120} plus then what ever they find !!
My question is - is there another way of knowing / finding how much fluid needs to be added or do you have to go to NISSAN or a NISSAN/ gearbox specialist ??
Or is a gearbox fluid change another option
Any help / advise welcomed
