I have to say that they were really good at kwik fat... really nice lads to deal with. Very helpful and really looked after me. Got me a cup of tea and got my tyre replaced as soon as they could

Heard bad things about Kwik Fit plus they been on Watchdog for selling false nitrogen in peoples tyres who didn't ask for it, we have a company called Gordans Tyres in Yorkshire who are brilliant and can't do enough for you and offer a mobile tyre fitting service as well so I use them for everything and get my Juke serviced by them as well.

I had several nails and screws in my tyres in the Juke, but was lucky enough to spot them and swing into a tyre repair shop.two or three repairs and one needed a tube. The gunk which comes with the car renders repairs difficult or impossible I'm told which is why I have always carried a space saver.Interestingly enough this has never been used and is for sale if anyone is interested - along with a jack and brace. see For Sale section for details

That's not good to hear Viper... being on the motability scheme I have to use kwik fat. I assume they have a hefty contract with them lol. As I said though, they have been nothing but great with me.
I'm hoping from now on I don't have to go back though. . Had my share of punctures lol. And we now don't get spare tyres on the scheme. I think that's the way a lot of the new cars are leaving the forecourts too.?

Crazy... The RAC guy that came out to me even I had the last puncture told me that the gunk stuff is useless.
Good luck selling the polo wheel hehe. .

Our local tyre place just charges a tenner for puncture repairs
Do miss the spare wheel though as last puncture was a flat at home so decided to take the wheel in.
No wheel spanner
No jack
Had to get an old jack out of the garage and socket sett and prop up the car incase the jack failed
