No permission to post In forsale

Hi

I wonder if admin could advise why I can post a new post in the forsale section

If the settings remain the same as they used to then newly registered users are prevented from posting in for sale section until they reach a certain post count. This is to protect the forum from possible scammers who just come on to entice buyers into fictions sales and indeed to discourage people from just signing up to sell goods.
