Nissan Connect Issues

Hi everyone. I have followed every step of setting up Nissan Connect.

Downloaded and registered both You+Nissan and Nissan Connect apps. Registered car on both sites. Connected phone (Samsung S6) to car. Then get a message on phone and car saying "This smartphone is not registered go to the Nissan portal and register phone " 😡😡😡

What the Hell am I doing wrong ??

I have emailed Nissan and they have asked for my reg Number , chassis/Vin Number and mobile number. Let's see what they have to say ??

It would be quicker for you to use the search facility on here than wait for a reply.
I couldn't see the point in registering so can't offer any advice but lots have recorded how they solved their issues

Don't know what you're doing wrong mine works fine only thing that different from my old Juke is the google apps no longer works over Bluetooth

Apparently EE network cannot fully connect with Nissan connect? Does anyone know a fix?
