Nissan Connect Issues

Hi everyone. I have followed every step of setting up Nissan Connect.

Downloaded and registered both You+Nissan and Nissan Connect apps. Registered car on both sites. Connected phone (Samsung S6) to car. Then get a message on phone and car saying "This smartphone is not registered go to the Nissan portal and register phone " 😡😡😡

What the Hell am I doing wrong ??

I have emailed Nissan and they have asked for my reg Number , chassis/Vin Number and mobile number. Let's see what they have to say ??

It would be quicker for you to use the search facility on here than wait for a reply.
I couldn't see the point in registering so can't offer any advice but lots have recorded how they solved their issues
