Just any decent black trim/bumper restorer will do it. Best if it's actually coloured black I think. Some are just clear gels which just give it a glossy wet look.
You could consider a change of wax - a number don't leave any marks on trim when buffed off. Megs nxt 2.0 and Finishcare Fk1000p are two I have that don't leave marks on trim when given a quick buff off.
Try a good APC like G101 on the marks should remove them without problem.
Another option is to gently use a a soft pencil eraser. Has worked well for me in the past.Applying a dressing will only cover it up temporarily.Going forward, if you dress the plastics before waxing then then any wax will be much easier to remove.
