You'd have to increase the width to keep the overall diameter the same - as long as you watch out for clearances and, as you say, notify your insurance, then you could be ok.

Took the car in today as requested by Nissan Customer Service, and the result is...... they are providing two new front tyres.Good result I'd say and frankly it was minimal effort on my part, Nissan did the right thing with very little prompting on my part.My dealer confirmed they had replaced tyres on other Jukes recently as well so if you are getting the signs of very early wear I'd certainly contact Nissan and see what happens...

Are they replacing them with Contis again, or putting on a different tyre?Good result.

I recently ditched the standard mitchis for uniroyal rain sport 3's. The mitchis were a nightmare and spun and slid everywhere. So off they came and on with the rain sports. Huge different as they are A rated for the wet. And living in Scotland it's wet more often than not 😁

I've just noticed My Conti's on the front have had it already after 6700 miles. Right one not far off the wear indicator and the left is on the indicator (probably from roundabouts). On my Sport Clio 197, which had the same tyres as the Juke came with, think they lasted 12k(ish).I replaced them with Hankook V12 Evo's back then and they wore better and not any different in terms of grip.Don't think I can be bothered with contacting Nissan!!Where have people gone to get their tyres recently? Online?
