I have some mp3 music files on a usb stick, if I try to access the usb using the button on the display panel nothing happens it simply shows a little icon for a headphone jack, if I then remove the usb stick and reinsert it, it then becomes recognised and the usb logo appears on the screen and the music plays ok.
Is this usual ?
Whilst it only takes a few seconds to remove and reinsert the stick I would rather leave it in place
Hi Duncan 22. Mines connect 1, reading your thread I took my stick out and re inserted it I normally leave it in all the time
No problems with mine .Try YouTube or Google it Sorry I can't help
Problem sorted !
I had a couple of usb 2.0 sticks, same make and both were showing this problem so assumed it must have been a Juke problem.
Purchased another make of usb 3.0 yesterday and everything works ok so clearly a problem with the usb sticks which will get binned.
Thanks for the replies.
