Keyless Entry Button Faulty

Post by smithyuk73 » Fri Mar 20, 2020 9:53 pm

Hi guys

I've just brought a 2015 1.2 Juke Tekna

The small black rubber button is not working on the drivers door handle.

Is this common and where can I get a new one ?

Cheers

Ours started playing up too, was planning to strip it or replace it when the better weather came in, but sold it now.

You need to check with Nissan to see what parts you can buy, I doubt there will be much out there from the usual motor factors as it's a bit of a rare part since only the Tekna had them in older cars.

Ours was definitely the button, the passenger door and boot worked instantly. The drivers door needed pushed in harder and forward.

The article was originally in the Telegraph a couple of Saturdays ago in his motoring page, but thought it might also be on his web site. I did search myself but could not find any info.
