Front tyres ...

I wouldn't bother starting with the dealer in this case, just open a case with Nissan Customer Support and they will in turn ask you to take the car into the dealer for assessment.Avoids having to convince the dealer there is a problem when they may not have seen this issue before, whereas Nissan Customer Support clearly have seen the problem quite a few times now.

I agree will all the last few post and I have already logged a case with Nissan GB to make them aware of the issue and they have said to take it to the dealer. Car is booked for its first service next month, so I'll see where we go from there. Thanks for the advise guys. Always appreciated.

Front tyres ...

Update:Car went for it's first service on Wednesday (all fine) spoke to them about the front tyres and showed them the uneven wear. The dealer said they would check them over and open a case with Nissan (which they did)Had a call back from the dealer this morning and Nissan have agreed to replace the front tyres for free. Interestingly when I asked if they would be the Continentals again, the lady said they would be replaced with Michelin Super Sports.Another interesting thing to note is that the out side had 5mm left and the center 2mm.Anyway, I'm happy

Could anyone help me by supplying any evidence regarding uneven tyre wear and evidence of when the dealers or Nissan have replaced them FOC?
Myself and my partner both have the 1.5DCI with 18" wheels and both have uneven tyre on Continental contact sport 5 tyres, but the dealer does not want to know and Nissan UK do not recognise this as a known fault.
My vehicle has only covered 8700 miles and I aproached the dealer who stated it was just wear and tear and I mentioned about the comments on this forum but they still don't acknowledge this as a known fault? As for Nissan UK, they stated that they sell well over 100000 cars and this is not a fault as tyres can wear out due to my driving, road conditions etc. So I am getting nowhere.

I've never had any uneven wear on ours, in excess of 25k miles out a set.

My tyre wear was not uneven, it was simply excessive.

The wear was consistent across the tread on the front tyres, they simple wore out too quickly.
