My wife has a 2016 Visia and I would like to fit the Nissan juke reversing camera (or an aftermarket one) and connect it to a Kenwood double din head unit. Can anyone tell me the following:-
1. is the Visia wiring loom the same as the Tekna's
2. Anyone fitted a reversing camera.
Many thanks
Greg
Visia reversing camera & head unit
Re: Visia reversing camera & head unit
If you look at the headunit connector then you should see if the wiring is there.
I recently upgraded my son's micra from a simpler headunit to the satnav connect1, mainly to use bluetooth for music, but it was the cheapest option, about £100 for a nissan headunit and most of the rest was plug and play. It might be easier than you think if you fit a nissan headunit.

I already have the Kenwood unit so was hoping to use it. The Connect 2 units that were an option seem expensive (at least the ones I've seen).vexorg wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 10:07 amIf you look at the headunit connector then you should see if the wiring is there.

Do you have a photo of the loom connectors to the headunit, there are drawings that show the connections, you can see if the rear video line is there.
Re: Visia reversing camera & head unit
Hi yeoman . If your Kenwood doesn't fit there are connect 2 units on eBay starting at around £220 upward and the SD card around £35 which I have
Just a thought.

Re: Visia reversing camera & head unit
Hopefully the Kenwood unit will fit, its a double din unit. I will have to buy a wiring adaptor to convert the Nissan loom and antena lead. If there are issues with the Kenwood unit I'll get the connect 2.
