Has your Juke Hybrid failed with a HEV System Malfunction?

Ours lost all power while driving. Luckily, we were on a country road with a 40 MPH limit and I was able to coast into a layby. It would have been much more dangerous at a higher speed, especially on a motorway. NISSAN and the dealership won’t confirm that this is a known fault but I know, from social media and online forums, that other Juke owners have also experienced it. Some of them at higher speeds / more dangerous situations.

It also appears common for the fault to reoccur after they say they have fixed it. I was told that mine was “fixed” after 3 days but they called 30 minutes later to say it had failed again. That was over SEVEN MONTHS AGO and it’s still not fixed.

Hi

Have you contacted the NISSAN CUSTOMER SERVICES and tell them about your problem and ask them for help in rectifying your car's problem, Please mention that your a member of this forum and they have advised you to contact them.
Nissan customer support are slower and more incompetent than the Nissan engineers. They are based in France, ignore most emails and never call you back as promised. After approx 5 months they agreed a vehicle rejection. It then took them nearly 2 months to make an offer. And despite me agreeing to accept a cheaper Petrol Only model, they still want a significant financial contribution.

Lots of Nissan owners have also criticised their poor customer service on social media and forums. And some have had the same fault while driving which is extremely dangerous.
